सात देशों के सैन्य अधिकारियों ने अंडमान और निकोबार कमान का दौरा किया

इंडोनेशिया, केन्या, म्यांमार, सऊदी अरब, श्रीलंका, तंजानिया और संयुक्त अरब अमीरात के सैन्य अधिकारियों ने अध्ययन दौरे के तहत भारत की अंडमान और निकोबार कमान के नौसैनिक घटक का दौरा किया।
अंडमान और निकोबार कमान ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म X पर बताया कि ये अधिकारी पहले नेवल हायर कमांड कोर्स (विदेशी) में हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। दौरे के दौरान उन्हें अंडमान और निकोबार द्वीप समूह के रणनीतिक महत्व और कमान की परिचालन तैयारियों के बारे में जानकारी दी गई।
कमान ने कहा, "इस दौरे से भारत के समुद्री हितों की रक्षा में अंडमान और निकोबार कमान की भूमिका को समझने का अवसर मिला।"
कमान के मुताबिक, इस कार्यक्रम ने समुद्री कूटनीति, पेशेवर आदान-प्रदान और मित्र देशों के साथ मजबूत सुरक्षा साझेदारी के प्रति उसकी प्रतिबद्धता को भी दोहराया।
